Guidance written from the checkpoint outwards.
Not “here is how to press the button” but “here is how you get to the evidence the auditor wants”. That difference decides whether documentation gets read.
Three kinds of material
- Getting startedSet the scope, assign owners, activate the first framework, bring across existing documents. The path from an empty screen to a first defensible state.
- Guides per frameworkWhat the framework requires, a sensible order to take it in, which evidence is typically missing and what first audits fail on. One per framework.
- ReferenceTerms, deadlines, types of evidence, roles. For linking from internal instructions, so you do not have to write the definitions yourself.
What is usable today
The working materials in the resources section are deliberately written to work without Sightadel: checklists with checkpoint, evidence and auditor question, evidence packs as workbooks, incident reporting templates and guides to read.
If you work only from those files and get on fine, do that. They come with no strings and may be passed on with attribution.
