Does the order of the frameworks matter?
No. As soon as your licence includes ISO 27001 or ISO 9001, every other framework is permanently 5% cheaper, whatever order you book them in. ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 never get this discount themselves, not even if you book both.
Is the calculator result a binding offer?
No. The calculator shows list prices and discounts according to the current price list. The contract is binding.
Why is each framework priced separately?
So that you only pay for what you actually need. If you only run ISO 9001, you do not pay for DORA. If ISO 27001 or ISO 9001 is included, every other framework is permanently 5% cheaper.
How do the editions differ?
In capacity and response time: users, storage, monitored assets, vendors, custom frameworks and support. The content of a framework is the same in all editions.
What if we have requirements the standard does not cover?
Then talk to us. We implement very specific requirements after agreement as customisation. The costs depend on the effort.
What does the certification itself cost?
The certification or audit body invoices you separately and directly – it has to remain independent. The effort depends mainly on headcount and number of locations. We receive no commission for it.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Contracts run for at least one year, and you can pay monthly or annually. With annual payment in advance you save 5%, with a two-year term paid in advance 8%.
Can I add consulting?
Yes. You add consulting in packages – directly in the app. There you can see the scope and prices of the packages.
What happens to my data from the free trial?
Everything you create during the 14 days carries over seamlessly to the paid plan. If you do not choose a plan, the trial ends automatically – you do not need payment details for it.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. All prices are net, plus statutory VAT. The only additional costs are the fees of your certification or audit body and, if you wish, consulting packages from the app.
We are not based in Germany. Is VAT charged?
Companies in other EU member states with a valid VAT ID are invoiced without VAT under the reverse charge procedure. Companies outside the EU do not pay German VAT.
We are a group of companies. How is billing handled?
Get in touch with us. For groups with several companies, we prepare an offer based on the Enterprise edition. On request, we implement specific group requirements as customisation.
