Your requirements don’t fit any standard? We adapt Sightadel.

Sightadel comes with frameworks, templates and integrations for most tasks. If your company has very specific requirements, we implement them for you after agreement.

Customisation at Sightadel

What we mean by customisation

You set up much of Sightadel yourself: custom frameworks, responsibilities, deadlines and reminders. Some requirements go further because your customers or your group policies ask for something specific.

For these cases we offer customisation. You describe what you need. We check whether and how it can be implemented in Sightadel and implement it after agreement. Scope and costs are set out in the offer beforehand.

Examples

What we can discuss, for example

The examples show the kind of requests we discuss. Whether and how your request can be implemented is something we clarify together.

Connecting another system

Sightadel connects Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, Microsoft Azure, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce. If you work with another system, we discuss the connection with you.

Large requirement catalogues

You create custom frameworks yourself. If a catalogue is very extensive, such as a group policy or a major customer’s security annex, we can prepare it as a framework for you.

Reports in your format

Import and export for Excel and Word are included. If you need a report in a particular form, for example for management or the parent company, talk to us.

Your organisation’s processes

Reminders, deadlines and approvals follow fixed rules in Sightadel. If your organisation works with its own process, we check how it can be mapped.

Process

How you get your customisation.

Every customisation starts with a conversation. Work begins only once scope and costs are agreed.

  1. RequestYou use the contact form to describe what you need and what for.
  2. AlignmentWe clarify goal and scope with you and check whether the request can be implemented.
  3. OfferYou receive an offer with scope and costs. Implementation starts with your approval.
  4. ImplementationWe implement the customisation as agreed and review interim results with you.
  5. HandoverYou check the result and then work with the customisation in your account.

Who it suits

When customisation is worth it

Customisation is aimed at companies whose requirements go beyond what a standard asks for.

Groups of companies

Several companies, group policies of their own and many people involved. The usual starting point is the Enterprise edition.

Regulated industries

Financial service providers and healthcare companies often have additional requirements from their supervisory authority.

Suppliers to large customers

If you have to prove that you meet your customers’ security requirements, you sometimes need more than a custom framework.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about customisation

More in the FAQ or directly via our contact form.

What does customisation cost?

That depends on the effort. After the alignment you receive an offer with scope and costs.

Can every request be implemented?

Not every one. Whether and how a requirement can be implemented is clarified during the alignment. If it does not fit the platform, we tell you openly.

Is the customisation kept in updates?

How the customisation is maintained and what applies to new versions of Sightadel is clarified in the offer.

What do I set up myself, and what do I need customisation for?

You set up custom frameworks, responsibilities, deadlines and reminders yourself. Customisation is meant for requirements that cannot be covered this way.

Can I first test what the standard offers?

Yes. During the 14-day trial you see what Sightadel can do without customisation. Afterwards you know more precisely what you are missing.

Can someone help me describe the requirements?

Yes. Describe the case to us in your own words, and we clarify the details during the alignment. For the subject matter, consultants are also available.

Tell us what you need.

Describe your requirement in a few sentences. We get back to you personally and discuss the next steps with you.
